Completed dynamic total cost of ownership strategic analysis to determine profitability of offering. Managed vendor selection and developed qualitative and quantitative assessment to transform customized SMA business. Created a framework to map out full fixed-income capabilities within wealth management divisions.

Provided findings and recommendations around risk/controls procedures across enterprise and built enterprise case for contract management and digitization.

Led scoping exercise for future direct indexing business and became lead Program Manager for an asset and wealth management-based front, middle, and back office direct indexing platform; was the #1 strategic priority for new assets and catalyst for client’s “vehicle agnostic” distribution.

Planned and executed implementation phase of merger, including full operational systems integration, oversaw implementation and incident management for deposits operational systems pre-integration, and reviewed merger documents prior to regulatory review and established new procedures for exam; led Payments Change Management for Banking Operations and optimized Real Time Payments (RTP) target state.

Project Manager of all external and internal reporting conversion for large-scale BlackRock Aladdin integration; prepared execution team for UAT, including plan for workstream-based testing of ~1K reports.

U.S. Head Project Manager for State Street Alpha front, middle, and back-office implementation; maintained all project workstreams (11), tracking progress towards milestones, and oversaw external State Street Alpha team.

Developed a January 2025 to March 2026 roadmap and project plan inclusive of resourcing, processes, technology, data, and governance with a focus on technical integrations to ensure client’s strategic vision could be actualized.

Provided an Investment Compliance and general Regulatory, Risk, and Compliance current state assessment leading to the re-coding of every Bloomberg AIM compliance rule (>400) and development of procedures documentation.
